'Very quiet area and certainly good for unwinding. The walk from the parking area to the house was a challenge for an older person with no pathway, and clumpy grass patches on heavily pitted soil were difficult to negotiate in the dark. The kitchen was well equipped and the host kindly provided breakfast supplies. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time and a large king size. The bathroom is tiny and lacks enough vanity space to hold toilet bag and clean clothes, or hooks...

The house had all the basic necessities as well as what looked like some carefully curated pieces of furniture and pieces or art which added to the cosy ambience. Communication with the host was very straight forward. We would happily visit again.'
