'The Charles was fantastic!!! Arrival was welcoming, as though we were old time friends. The main part of the house was clearly recently remodeled and painted, all while keeping with the old time charm of the house. Our room was large, and we never felt cramped. Breakfast was so good that we kept bringing it up during the day. And the scones are not to be missed!!! It is now our go to place in Napa. Could not recommend higher.'

'Rooms were clean and fresh. The parking is around the property. There are many doors that you can enter from with your room key. The covered patio was a favorite to lounge after a long day of visiting wineries. I would stay here again. They are very accommodating for early arrivals and late check outs. 10/10'

'Een leuk klein charmant hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn ingericht met antieke meubelen dat geeft een romantische sfeer maar iets minder comfort dab ub een modern 3/4 sterren hotel. Echter dat weet je natuurlijk als je kiest voor een verblijf in een victoriaans huis. Ontbijt gastronomisch en zeer royaal. Erg mooie hukskamer/obby waar je in de avond bij de haard kunt zitten. Minpuntje zijn de synthetische lakens! Verder vonden wij de sfeer in het plaatsje Napa een beetje mat, maakte...

'Room condition was standard, staff was short staffed and they did not respect the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our hotel room door. I had to call the front desk to request a shower cap and they said they were short staffed and suggested I go downstairs to the front desk if I needed it. The ceiling hatch in the restroom was left open. Hotel bar closes at 10. '
