Lodges in Balikpapan

'There was no real areas for the storage of clothing. The rack for hanging clothes, fell off the wall with 10-15 pieces of hanging clothes. Better dressers or sturdy shelves need to be provided for guests that stay there for more than a few days.'

'Waiting for ordered drinks and food took about 1,5 hours. First dish on the table after 40 minutes. Last dish after 1,5 hours. Not what you call a familydinner.. No one approaching for an explanantion. When I mentioned it myself there was a soft sort of excuse. Rooms so so. Not 4 star experience. I will not visit again. '

'Luar biasa!! Proses check in dan out mudah dan cepat tanpa deposite. '

'The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with.'

'The room was great, clean, spacious and well maintained. However the rest of the hotel was poorly maintained with dirty areas, especially the carpark and hallways.'
