« After climbing 3 flights of of steep exterior stairs with no lighting, we arrived to a unit that had zero cleaning after the previous occupants.We found dirty bed linens piled on floor, a used tissue next to bed, chips and other food and debris on floor throughout the unit, air vents blackened with dirt, dirty towels in the washer, a dirty tub, food crumbs all over the dining table, a dirty refrigerator, a dirty oven, smelly dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the icing on the cake, spoiled food...

« We never got the email with the check in code and didn’t realize that until we were at the door. After about 45 mins of calling vrbo support and the owner we finally got in. Our stay was amazing! It was accurately described and the perfect little get away we needed. The perfect size, location and atmosphere for a new couple. »

« Beautiful space in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the sounds of nature and the view of the intercoastal. Place was clean and felt like home. Owners were fantastic and responsive when the AC broke and got it fixed within a couple hours. I would stay here again at my next trip down to CB »

« Property was as advertised. Location was perfect for our needs. Mattresses were decent. The only bummer was that there was no sheet for the pull out bed available in the house. We checked every drawer and closet. So that friend had to sleep in the couch closed instead of the bed. There were also a lot of bugs running around but it is a beach so not shocking. »
