'I have always wanted to stay on the boardwalk in Newport Beach and this trip didn’t disappoint. We loved the location, the porch, the bikes and the large family room. Great experience.'

'Great location. Nearby bicycle rentals, restaurants and electric boat rentals. Surfing at Blackies beach just north of Newport pier 1.5 miles from home. Comfortable for our large group. The air conditioner worked for us (keep windows and doors closed when A/C is on.)'

'This is a great location for families. Our 1 year old grandson loved the beach, grassy area and playground. We have rented in Newport/Balboa a lot, and this was the most well equipped kitchen yet. The only drawbacks were that the garage wasn’t deep enough for my Traverse, but my daughter’s RAV4 did fit, and the coin laundry is kind of inconvenient especially considering the cost of the rental.If you want to spend a lot of time in the water you may want to look closer to 15th street. 'This is a beautiful home located on the strand overlooking the beach. It's on the corner providing even more open area. The view from the second floor is magnificent. The location near so many great restaurants. The house is well stocked with utensils, coffee, tea, and many other of the comforts of home. The management is fantastic, very accommodating and responsive. All in all one of the best vacations.'
