« This property met every need our family had during our extended stay. The unit was immaculate, well-stocked, and carefully presented for our convenience; and the grounds were lovely and well-maintained. Other than a family across the driveway moving out one day, we rarely heard neighbors. Our stay was peaceful and quiet, and we felt quite "at home." The added bonus of the clean pool made for some happy family members. Our host, Gustavo, was friendly, helpful and very accessible and responsive....

« We have been visiting Kerville every year for about 10 years, and this stay was the best. The house was excellent for our family and all of us enjoyed every second of our stay. « This cottage is a short walk from the town square. The property has grills and a hot tub. There are areas to hang out both indoors and out. The property is fun to explore. Our infant slept soundly in the bedroom while we played cards outside or sat in the hot tub. The hot tub is within range for our video baby monitor. Some board games would be a nice addition to this space. This is a nice spot to relax and would be a great space for gatherings - particularly if you could snag other spots on...

« Our trip: We were a group of adults visiting some local friends. We spent most of our time outdoors then cooked meals and relaxed at the house. This house is in an ideal location. Walkable to the river and food and shopping in Kernville. Very friendly host who checked in before we arrived to make sure we had all the information we needed.The house feels comfortable and lived in.
