'Room was clean'

'Upon arriving , we had a late check in! When arrived the room smelled bad! Like sweat or mildew. Further inspection - One of the beds had a blood stain ( period blood) on it. So it looks like the duvet cover wasn’t washed because it was fresh. Like someone was in that room. We were able to get fresh sheets. I would say they need to update their furniture. The toilet paper handle was broken, water pressure in the sink is horrible , the tub needs to be redone with the chalk. Toilet moved a lot...

'This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately it’s very old and run down. The price is too high for this kind of quality. The rooms are very out dated, bed sheets are literally dirty and stained. The bath tubs needs serious replacement and the sink doesn’t drain properly which overflows. The staff is nice and the location is convenient.'

However, the only issue was the room next to mine was really loud and I had my kids with me so it made it challenging trying to get them to go to sleep at a decent time. I reserved a suite and did not expect to have that issue. Other than that the stay was great. I will be back, but I will ask to have a quieter person stay next to me.'
