'Room was clean'

'My bathroom door fell off the track onto the floor. They gave me a second room that was already occupied. The 3rd room was a handicap room with two full size beds. Lastly when I booked the room it stated it had an oceanfront view, only thing I saw was the highway.'

'This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately it’s very old and run down. The price is too high for this kind of quality. The rooms are very out dated, bed sheets are literally dirty and stained. The bath tubs needs serious replacement and the sink doesn’t drain properly which overflows. The staff is nice and the location is convenient.'

'Great location. Property is old and shows it in worn rooms. Patched ceilings and damaged doors and toilet in the bathroom. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.'

'Overall excellent experience as usual! However, the only issue was the room next to mine was really loud and I had my kids with me so it made it challenging trying to get them to go to sleep at a decent time. I reserved a suite and did not expect to have that issue. Other than that the stay was great. I will be back, but I will ask to have a quieter person stay next to me.'
