Buen hotel, céntrico, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Instalaciones requieren modernización. Personal de restaurant especialmente mesero grande de edad, mal servicio, no atiende, 15 min para servir el café del desayuno, poco amable, lo cual provocó que ya no regresáramos durante nuestra instancia.

This hotel is pretty well located and maintained, however, the check-in staff mentioned that breakfast was included when I checked-in. The next morning we go to breakfast and told about the offerings, then a second staff member comes after we start grabbing food demanding for vouchers. Since we were also asked to pay nearly $70 at check-in after prepaying the room, we weren't clear what she's talking about, no manager was available, and we just left breakfast. This also happened to another guest who was at breakfast at the same time. After asking what the $70 charge was about, the front desk said it's for Wi-Fi and other "amenities" offered by the hotel. Given that we got no housekeeping the next day or other "amenties" this charge seems rather criminal.
