'Very good service, this hotel is 2 min away from the Rinku town train station with a partial covered walkway. The rooms are Japanese standard, so quite small but enough for a solo traveller. The breakfast was good, although a few more western options would have been appreciated. They have a free shuttle bus to the airport (check the schedules!) and a convenience store located within the premises. Finally they acknowledged all my special requests when booking which is something I do appreciate a...

The hotel has its excellent location right on Motomachi shopping street, just a short walk from Motomachi Station and close to restaurants, shops, Chinatown and other attractions — making it ideal for sightseeing and exploring Kobe on foot.The beds are not small at all. 'People at reception were very friendly and helpfull but I do not like the hotel. Old fashioned and a lot of humidity in the hotelroom. Hotel room also does not smell fresh. So I prefer to stay at another hotel next time sorry.'
