« The property was convenient for our needs. The front desk check in was “non memorable”. Arriving at 8PM, a smile & welcome would have helped. Didn’t expect a two floor property not to have an elevator. I’ll go with that all of the first floor rooms were occupied. Or at least letting our senior age appearance be an indicator of prior knowledge before climbing up the stairs with our luggage. It was too late & also being tired to go back to the front desk to discuss. Also, the A/C was just loud...

« We scheduled this and unfortunately, the pictures look nothing like the amenities. The room was filthy and I have pictures that show how filthy it was. Also, the sheets and towels all had gray stains all over them. And most of the towels they weren’t even white they were gray. The air conditioner fan was disgusting. I talked to the front staff and asked for money to be back for night two because we could not stay another night. They refused to do that. I would definitely not recommend staying...
