'First of all, an absolutely lovely location overlooking an inlet leading to Palmico Sound. The owner gave great directions in advance of our arrival, and we found a clean, well-appointed house that made for a wonderful vacation spot. The owner was super-responsive to any communications and worked hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I’d definitely stay again!'

'We enjoyed our stay. The room and public lounge were clean. It was just a short walk to the beach and a grocery store was 2 minutes away. Having not used touch keypad locks, it would have been nice to have simple instructions for that and the AC/heating wall unit. But overall it was good.'

'We had a great anniversary weekend trip. Walking distance from restaurants. We had to walk a few blocks to get to a usable beach due to houses falling in ocean but wasn’t an issue. Buxton is a pretty beach town.'

'Unfortunately we were there just after the hurricane hit and multiple beach houses had fallen into the ocean. Where we were staying was the street where cleanup was taking place.'
