'This was our first Colorado ski trip but it will not be our last! The condo was clean and comfortable. My questions were answered promptly by the property manager and check in was a breeze. The resort had wonderful amenities and we all had a great time. Would recommend to anyone but the only thing I would warn is be prepared for the prices—Colorado was expensive!'

'This is our 5th year visiting Avon to go skiing. So far this condo was our favorite. Perfect size for our family, comfortable for all of us. The location is so close to the Avon Gondola and local restaurants. The condo had anything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can’t wait to book this one again! Thank you!'

'The property is lovely. We had a one bedroom which was small but nice. It is nicely appointed and the kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances. When I walked in the kitchen, I said where is the freezer? Betsy said no freezers in the one bedroom apartments. I said we are in the area for 3 weeks and I need a freezer for my food and I also need ice. Betsy, at the front desk was lovely. 'The property is a little dated but nice. Sheets were a miss-match of colors and designs. New white bed linens would be a great improvement! Property is listed as "air conditioned". There is one AC in the main room and it did not seam to work. No AC in bedrooms. Luckily the temperature outside was pretty cool at night, so we opened the windows. Location is fantastic.Building was very quiet.'

'For a place to stay it is fine. Nothing fancy and rather small for the amount of people it accommodates. The shower in the master closet is extremely small. You can barely turn around in it. The appliances are nice and functional. The fireplace never worked, although you are instructed to be patient, we waited all night. Good place to stay, the community is old and a little weathered.'
