'Our family of 6 adults and 4 children truly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfectly located between the beach and town. It was an easy 2 block walk to the beach which brought us to the beginning of the boardwalk. Great for morning walks and fun at the playground for the kids. 'We had a glorious week in Avalon! Only to be “topped” by our accommodations. The house was gorgeous, clean and offered all amenities of home. We had plenty of room, 2 teens and 2 adults, with friends coming in and out during week. We were not on top of each other. We loved the location as you could walk for exercise or take a stroll to town.'

'Clean and comfortable. My family and dog were very happy. Located in a quiet neighborhood the 15 min walk to the beach was right on for this 70 year old. Would recommend to anyone. The deck was lovely. '

'Wonderful proximity to beach, pool in good shape. Though it was clear this was a rental property, some obvious user fatigue, the owner was responsive when it was important. The few light switches that didn't work, tho to be fair owner did mention that before occupancy, the leak on pavement from maybe outdoor shower or hose which though a nice shower we did not use as the ocean was a bit cold for us to jump in. Overall I would recommend for a relaxing vacation.'

'Great location, very clean home, many antiques throughout the home. Oven was dirty, called but cleaning crew could not clean(too busy) deck was very old and needed to be replaced. You can see by the pictures on site. House is up for sale. We used the pool a lot. Big house for our family. Only has 2 full bathrooms and 1/2 bath. Large dining room and breakfast area. Great vacation in Avalon.'

'This property was well kept, had all amenities necessary and the most amazing sunset views from outside. 3 of the rooms have bathrooms inside of them, which was great for a mix of family staying together. They had a slight issue with air conditioners right before we got there and promptly took care of it. Very attentive property manager and helpful during stay. Would highly recommend and stay again! '

'The location is excellent and the house extremely comfortable with all the amenities you can ask for. My family stayed for a long weekend to celebrate their wedding anniversary and it could not have been more convenient. Easy access to the heart of Avalons business district. Quick walk to the beach with boardwalk access. It managed to fit everyone’s needs. Kimberly is a wonderful host and very easy with communication and clarification of all house instructions. Would book again.'

'Our family had a great time staying at this condo. The check-in process was smooth and not having to bring linens made our trip much smoother. The 1.5 block walk to the beach was easy for even for my five year old! We used the outdoor hose to clean off our feet but didn’t need the open outdoor shower.
