'The female front desk person made 4 people wait over 20 minutes while she tried to tell an Expedia customer to call Expedia to cancel her reservation. Then she told us that our rooms were not ready but she would call us when they were. We went to the coffee shop next door. Never received a call. Many rooms were available when we went back and this desk woman was just sitting on a couch in the lobby with her shoes off. There was a large crack in our bathroom sink and a big crack on the ceiling...
