Sonos speaker system through the house - just download the app and you have music everywhere. The speakers are located in the kitchen, lounge, upstairs mezzanine and downstairs lounge.

The upstairs bedroom is large with a Queen-size bed that has a built in sound system suited to an iPhone 5. There is a large bathroom upstairs as well with spa bath (jets not working) and bidet.

The middle area has the lounge, dining, kitchen and laundry as well as a bathroom with shower with two shower-heads. This shower has the best water pressure.

Downstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed (with slats, so firm and comfortable). There is a cot in this room also. Another bedroom has both a full sized single bed as well as a junior bed and lots of toys, so there are plenty of options for different configurations of sleeping!

The second lounge has a fold out couch that can become a King-size bed or pull apart to two singles. There is another bathroom with shower in this area.

Manual espresso coffee machine in the kitchen.

Boxing bag and gloves, beach toys, cricket set and tennis racquets in the garage.

Children's toys including a balance bike for toddler - preschool age.

Picnic equipment great for day trips.

Porta-cot available.

There is a path in the bush section which is a loop. Especially lovely first thing in the morning. Other times of the day it is worth wearing mosquito repellant. Take in the native trees: Nikau, Kauri, two ancient Totara and Puriri trees to name a few. Watch your step, it is only partially maintained to keep its natural look.

We have a vegetable patch on the side of the driveway just up from the garage on the left. Feel free to help yourself to anything that is ready, there are plenty of herbs. It is mostly organic and we use our own compost to help it grow.

There are fruit trees: lemon, lime, plum, feijoa, fig and macadamia nuts. If they're ripe help yourself.

The whole house and property will be available except one locked room.

Uncovered parking space for 3 cars in front of the double-garage, first right as you come down the drive. The house entrance is down the stairs to the right of the garage.

We have lovely friendly neighbours who will respect your privacy, but be there should you need anything.
