The Blake Apartment offers refined inner-city living within a boutique development in the heart of Ponsonby. Designed for comfort and practicality, the apartment provides a calm and private environment while being only moments from one of Auckland’s most vibrant dining and lifestyle precincts.

The layout includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms arranged to provide both privacy and functionality. Quality finishes, modern appliances, and secure building access create a well-appointed apartment in one of Auckland’s most desirable neighbourhoods. A secure basement car park is also included, a valuable amenity in this central Ponsonby location.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, including secure building entry and basement parking.

Living Areas
The main living area is designed as an open-plan space connecting the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas into a comfortable and practical environment. Large windows allow natural light to move through the apartment during the day, creating a relaxed setting suited to both entertaining and everyday living.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. A separate scullery provides additional preparation and storage space, allowing the main kitchen to remain uncluttered. The scullery also incorporates a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional laundry sink.

The lounge area offers comfortable seating, a smart television, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A dedicated workspace has been integrated into the living area, providing a practical place for guests who may need to work during their stay.

Bedrooms
Two equally well-appointed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. Each bedroom is positioned to provide privacy and quiet separation from the main living spaces.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, built-in wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom finished with contemporary fittings. The second bedroom also includes a super-king bed (which can be split into two single beds upon request) and wardrobe storage, and is serviced by the second full bathroom located nearby. Both bedrooms include quality bedding, blackout curtains, and soft lighting designed to support a comfortable stay. Sliding doors give direct access from both bedrooms onto the balcony.

Outdoor Living
The apartment includes a large semi-covered patio that extends the living space outdoors. Furnished with outdoor seating, the area provides a private space to enjoy a morning coffee, relax during the afternoon, or unwind in the evening.
The covered design allows the patio to be used comfortably in different weather conditions while still enjoying fresh air and the surrounding Ponsonby atmosphere.

From The Blake Apartment, it is only a short walk to Ponsonby Road, where guests will find a wide selection of dining options, bakeries, wine bars, and local retail.
The Auckland CBD, Viaduct Harbour, and Wynyard Quarter are only a short drive away, providing convenient access to the waterfront and business district. Nearby neighbourhoods, including Grey Lynn and Herne Bay, offer additional cafés, parks, and coastal walks.

With supermarkets, gyms, and everyday amenities all within easy reach, The Blake Apartment offers a well-connected base in one of Auckland’s most sought-after city-fringe locations.

Damage and Incidentals: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Any such damage may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs. The property reserves the right to charge for any incidentals or additional services requested by the guest. Stay Luxe reserves the right to request a refundable damage deposit, which will be refunded upon departure provided no damage has occurred.

Pet Policy: We have a zero-pet policy. If we detect that pets have been in the home, any resulting damage or additional cleaning required may incur extra charges, which will be billed to your account.

Smoking Policy: Please do not smoke or vape inside the home or anywhere on the property. If we detect any signs of smoking, including odours or residue, additional cleaning fees may apply, and these charges will be billed to your account.

Liability Disclaimer: The property owner or Stay Luxe is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest’s stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations: We have zero tolerance for parties. If one is reported, we must call local law enforcement immediately. Please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Security call-out fees will be applied and charged to your account.

Lost Keys: Keys and swipes are valuable, so please handle them with care. If lost, a replacement fee will be applied to your account. If you lock yourself out, you will be responsible for the cost of delivering a spare key.

Breakages: Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

Left Luggage: Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3 pm.

Fire and Evacuation Procedures: Please refer to the procedures in the front of the building manual.

Property Inspections: For stays of 21 days or longer, Stay Luxe reserves the right to conduct a property inspection at intervals of no less than every 21 days. Guests will be given reasonable prior notice of any scheduled inspection. Inspections will be carried out at a mutually convenient time with respect for guest privacy.

Truvi: To ensure a safe and secure experience for both our guests and property owners, we partner with Truvi for a quick and seamless guest verification process. You will be asked to pay a small damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $500 in case of accidental damage during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. Once this process is complete, you will receive all check-in instructions two days before arrival.
Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property. We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and do not exceed the number of guests permitted for your stay. Parties or events are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained before your booking.
