This beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable apartment boasts a living room, 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. A balcony with large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room lets you enjoy the stunning city view.

There are several parking options near the apartment:



**1. On-Street Parking around Airedale Street**



Paid street parking is available on Airedale Street and surrounding streets.



Auckland CBD street parking is divided into different parking zones, so the exact rate may vary depending on the parking space.



As a general guide, CBD street parking rates range from:



**Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm**

• First 2 hours: approximately **$5–$7 per hour**

• Over 2 hours: approximately **$8–$12 per additional hour**



**Evenings / Weekends / Public Holidays**

Rates vary depending on the parking zone. Some central zones continue charging until 10pm.



• Parking for less than 10 minutes is free

• Payment can be made at the pay-by-plate machines or through the **AT Park app**



Please always check the parking signs beside your parking space or the AT Park app before leaving your vehicle, as parking zones, rates and restrictions may vary.



**2. Civic Car Park**

Payment can be made at the payment machines or through the AT Park app.



Please note that Civic Car Park is not open 24 hours.



**3. Greys Avenue Car Park**

Approximately 7–10 minutes' walk from the apartment.



Please note that this car park is **not available for general public parking during weekday daytime hours**.



• Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm: **Authorised vehicles only**

• Monday–Friday, 6pm–6am: **$14 flat rate**

• Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: **$14 flat rate**



This option is therefore most suitable for **overnight or weekend parking** rather than weekday daytime parking.

Parking rates and restrictions are controlled by the parking operators and Auckland Transport and may change without notice. We strongly recommend checking the parking signs, AT Park app or parking operator's current rates before parking.



The apartment is located at **24 Airedale Street, Auckland Central**. You are also welcome to search for other nearby parking options and choose the one that best suits your plans.



The amenities like toilet paper rolls, rubbish bags, dishwasher/laundry capsules… were provided as a welcome package. After using all of them, the guests need to buy some more by themselves depending on their usage. We appreciate your understanding!



This is a well-maintained older apartment that undergoes professional cleaning after each guest check out. While we take good pride in its upkeep, please kindly note that some signs of natural wear and tears are present, rather than the feel of a newly built modern apartment, it won't show on the listing photos, please consider before book it thank you.
