Cozy inn, delicious meals (venison from the estate, for instance), lots of personality. We loved staying here, and fishing with Ian, the "ghillie" who put me onto a beautiful sea trout and taught me how to cast a spey rod. '

'Nice looking hotel. Outside seating adjacent to a busy road, so lots of traffic. Nice, cozy lounge Beds the softest we've experienced so far (if one of us rolled over, the other bounced along). Restaurant not the speediest, with relatively small portions. Same for breakfast, with staff appearing inexperienced. Wifi virtually non-existent in room, general wifi issues.'

"We loved our stay at Broomhall Castle. Great place, we had a huge room with a spacious, very modern bathroom. And 2 small turrets on each side of the room! In the morning I went for a hike up Jerah Trail, right behind Broomhall. From there I had a wonderful view over the whole surroundings. "
