'My feedback is constructive criticism because I want the place to stay open! We love the inn! The older lady at front desk really struggled with basic communication. We were asked THREE times if we were part of a group checking in. We weren't. She scowled at me when I asked when wine and cheese was served and said "oh, you want wine??? 'Smelled of cigarettes. I found a cigarette butt under my bed. The floor was yucky. There was no waste basket. Electric outlets did not work properly. The cooling unit did not work properly. The bathtub was clean and I did enjoy a bath.'

'The property was clean & quite. The staff was very nice and helpful. I couldn’t get the free EV charger to work and the gentleman working the check in desk helped me figure it out. '

'The room was nice but only had a space heater so it was pretty cold with snow still on thr ground...had a wall unit for a/c took about 15 20 mins for hot water in the shower an the floor was all tile so twice as cold ... had to buy some towels an a blanket . would i stay there again probably not , had some people fighting at like 1 am so that woke me up too, parking lot pretty small an no assigned parking had to park pretty far away from my room couldn't keep an eye on my car but it was alright '

'Everything was clean. The Staff is very nice and helpful. I do wish that they would bring back the in room coffee pots. Coffee was available in the lobby from 6am- 10am. All in all I was happy with my stay. I was surprised that all the rooms are indoors, not a typical Motel 6.👍'

'The room was somewhat clean, but there were a pair of mattresses right in front of the room, dirty and old with stains--I took pics---I had no choice but to check out within less than two hours and it was becuase I was no the phone with Expedia trying to book something else. 'Very nice property and amazing rooms. Lots of variations to accomodate different size families. Good rates with an unbeatable location close to shops and restaurants. Staff was wonderful!'

'The floor of our room was sticky. Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was not stocked well, specifically they were out of coffee the first day and out of hot water the next. To be fair, once I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, they alerted the breakfast crew and they remedied the problem. '

'The Desk staff was most accommodating and welcoming. The site is well maintained and clean. Five pillows on the King bed was nice. Breakfast was typical but did have sausage and beacon on different days. Walking distance to a couple of fast food establishments and very close to grocery shopping. Quick, easy access to the freeway. I felt comfortable with the parking.'

'Repair work is need in the room that I stayed in, the toilet seat was loose and needs to be replaced. The body wash soap contain was completely empty. Hair was in the tub and the floor under the night stand was dirty. '
