'I really have nothing bad to say. From dropping the car with the valet to asking for some extra water from cleaning staff, everyone was so courteous, polite, and friendly.
Many of the staff are obviously Auburn students working while going to school.
I can’t say enough about the kindness. Rooms are clean and a nice size. Prices in the restaurant are to be expected given where the hotel is located. Short walk to look around the university or just check out Auburn itself'
'Room was as pictured but easily recognized as a quick make over and cleanliness wasn’t good wife spilled some water wiped it up and rag was black filthy. Check in was horrible they called after 400 that room was available. Plug in bath was bad, fridge dirty, no ice on property. Property was nice and has a ton of potential.'
'When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee?
