'This resort has yurts and domes as well as rooms in the lodge. The yurts and domes do not have their own baths. The lodge rooms where we were did. The room had a double bed and a single. The double was quite comfortable, the single not so much. Our room was on the bottom floor. There was a restaurant attached and the option to have a package with breakfast and dinner. Though we didn't have the package we did eat a breakfast and a couple of dinners. The food was excellent. They have music...

'Property was amazing, exactly as described! Host was super responsive and so helpful with any questions/concerns we had during our stay! Cabin was equipped perfectly for 2 people, and was very cozy and welcoming! If you're looking for an offgrid experience i would definitely recommend, I am 100% looking forward to booking again! '

' We loved our stay at the Big Intervale Fishing lodge. Everything was fabulous, the environment, the hospitality of Hermann and Ruth, the riverpool, our lodges and the excellent food (breakfast and dinner). We were sad we had to leave after two nights. 'The cabin we stayed in was the smaller of the 3, it is a little small with the bed down but still very comfortable for 2. There is definitely care that they put into these cabins, by how well they have been built. The bathroom is ample for 2 people and the Kitchenet has everything you need. The barbecue works well and the hosts make sure you have everything you need. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again it was that good and well worth the price for a weeks stay. '

'This is a unique stay on the world famous Cabot Trail. It is a one room cabin, like a treehouse over looking St Anns Bay. The washroom facilities are a short walk down hill the facilities. It is not for everybody. It definitely worked for us! We spent 5 nights of relaxing after the beautiful drives we took on the Cabot Trail. The bed was great and having a coffee on the front deck was a great way to start the day. Thank you to the hosts! Cheers @EddieMac75 '

'Overall, a nice cabin in Annapolis Valley! We had a nice stay at this low maintenance cabin. It had everything we needed and was more inviting than the pictures made it appear.It was great for the two of us to stay in for just a couple of nights. It was at the back of the owners property but they gave us space. Though of course it’s innately private there were few privacy blinds which made us less comfortable. Also a heads up for the tall folks, there is a low ceiling in the bedroom/living room...

"Positief: Gemakkelijk te vinden en niet ver van het vliegveld Halifax. Mooi gelegen aan het meer, genoeg parkeerplaatsen. Bedden prima. Kregen het idee van een beetje vergane glorie van de Inn. Negatief: Vreemd om een extra deposit te moeten betalen bij aankomst terwijl je de hele verblijfsom al hebt betaald. Ook vreemd dat de bar al om 20.00 uur dicht ging terwijl het restaurant dicht was. Tijd werd wel wat opgerekt, maar raar. Qua koffie serveren, alleen gewone koffie/americano, geen cappuccino of zo mogelijk. Deur badkamer sloot ook niet zo goed en koelkastje te koud om er insuline in te bewaren. Sommige dingen, zoals airco waren aan onderhoud toe."
