Great host - Beautiful Condo - extremely clean - great views of the ocean and pool. Walk out and you’re on the beach! Great location to Beaufort and Morehead City! Bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable! We will definitely come back again to stay at this lovely condo! PS washer and dryer are a plus!

Nice Condo on the Beach

Great overall stay. Only one key but it was ok with the amount of people we had. The shower handle in the master bath was broken and came off on me unexpectedly. I think the set screw was missing. Very nice remodeled shower all around. Great location for a family to enjoy a beach getaway.

Yearly Sister trip

This is our third time staying at Matt’s Condo and like we said last time, it will not be our last time staying here. Can’t say enough good things about this condo. First, the communication with Matt is spot on. He always answers any questions that you have very quickly. If there is anything you need while at the condo he is responsive to that as well. Next, the condo is very well equi with everything you need in the kitchen, baths and bedroom. Very nice hot water, and comfortable beds. The 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths make this a perfect condo for family and/or friends. Then of course, location, location, location. Right on the beach.The only bad thing we experienced while we were there was having to leave to go home! Can’t wait until our next trip.

A Great Place to Stay on Atlantic Beach

This rental in the Dunescape complex is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom balconies are beautiful and relaxing. The bed was much better than in most rental units. The wide, clean beach was accessible by several private boardwalks. There is a clean, salt water pool just outside the unit. Our stay here was just the relaxing getaway we had hoped. Thanks to Matt, our host.

We were told the property would have at least 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag which was not the case. The ice maker didn't work at all. We had to go out immediately to buy ice, trash bags, toilet paper and soap. Those are basic items you would expect to be provided. The location was nice and close to the beach.
