You’ll also be convenient to Grant Park, Zoo Atlanta, Downtown Atlanta, Midtown, restaurants, entertainment, sporting venues, universities, hospitals, and major employment centers.

You will have private access to the entire townhome during your reservation, including the living and dining areas, full kitchen, all three bedrooms and bathrooms, and the attached garage.

There are no shared interior spaces and no other occupants in the home.

The property is set up for convenient self check-in using electronic access. Detailed arrival instructions and access information will be provided before check-in.

The private attached garage accommodates one vehicle. Guests bringing additional vehicles should review the parking information under Other Things to Note.

This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome gives your group the space and privacy of an entire home, with a multilevel layout that separates the main gathering areas from the bedrooms.

The living room provides a comfortable place to relax together after a day around Atlanta, and the pull-out couch offers an additional sleeping option. The full kitchen and dedicated dining area make it easy to enjoy breakfast before heading out, order dinner in, or prepare meals during a longer stay. The kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker and basic cooking essentials.

This home is located within a residential community, and guests are expected to be respectful of neighboring residences and follow community rules throughout their stay.

Short-term guests do not have access to the community amenities, including the swimming pool. The pool and other restricted community recreational amenities are not included as part of your reservation.

The property includes a private attached one-car garage. If your group is bringing additional vehicles, additional parking is available within the community; however, each additional vehicle must be registered in advance to avoid towing. We will provide the registration instructions before arrival.

The home uses smart thermostats to help maintain a comfortable environment and manage HVAC operation throughout the stay.
