This top 24th floor non-smoking/ no pets/ penthouse has been lovingly and completely renovated from head to toe. Remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, accent lighting and full size stainless appliances. Updated bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower- All new bamboo and tile flooring throughout. One bedroom condo with spacious living room and full kitchen - sparkling clean and beautiful. Other than being a prestigious penthouse unit, this is an extremely rare unit with a 100% private screened in balcony - you cannot see any other unit from your balcony - only miles and miles of spectacular skyline including the upbeat northern views of Peachtree Road, GA Tech, midtown, fabulous Piedmont Park, and I-20 and I-85 (in a wonderful and removed way that gives the awesome city buzz but yet so far up you can silence when you want). There are three elevators waiting to whisk you up and down as needed. Walk out the front door and you are smack dab in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. Impossible not to love this city! Enjoy glowing sunrises and sunsets from each room. Cozy up to the built in electric fireplace (awesome ambiance and it puts out extra heat). Spacious master bedroom has a newer Tempurpedic KING size bed. Insanely comfortable! The living room has a full size leather chaise sofa sectional (not a sleeper). Comfortable roll away twin day bed can be set up in living room (optional). This Penthouse is ideal for 1-3 people. The condo has dedicated wifi and 2 TV's -one smart TV in living room and one in bedroom. No better accommodations in downtown Atlanta in this price range. ***One up front RESERVED parking space comes complimentary with your reservation.

The apartment is beautifully arranged and feels so spacious. It's private, very well kept, and just felt like a luxury vacation spot. We definitely want to visit again. Margaret was a responsive host. Plus the apartment comes with a parking spot and four fobs for entry. It was just a joy to stay there.

Had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the penthouse, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Check-in and check-out experience was easy, the concierge staff was friendly and always helpful, regardless of the hour. Location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and well-furnished, the bed was so comfortable! Our host was responsive and understanding, made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The property offers an amazing view which is worth 5 stars. Reserved parking was def a perk. Location is perfect. Was able to explore and walk to GWCC with no issues. As many have stated, there are homeless people and/or crowds outside the doors but no one bothered us. To be 100% transparent, the home was not what I expected. It def could use some TLC. The housekeeper did not do a great job at cleaning the home at all (which is no fault of the owners). I was weary sleeping on the linen because of the stains on pillowcases and hairs we found on the linen and night stand. I had no issues whatsoever with the owners! Promptly answered any questions I had prior to my stay.

Overall good

Great location. Loved being within walking distance to many great places. Beautiful views. Bed was very comfortable. The rollout looked like it had seen better days but we layered it with blankets to make it a little more comfortable for our son. A few small improvements would go a long way. Listing indicated the condo rental came with items like shampoo and soap. We needed to go out to buy our own since both were the tiny travel size for a 4 night stay. In addition, listing said coffee and creamer were available. Only had a few K cups and an open bag (not sealed) of ground coffee. No creamer. We are used to better stocked rentals. Overall, the condo felt like it needed a little TLC. Knob missing from closet, batteries dead in remotes for lights/fans, extra bedding showing wear, main door looked like it was damaged. A coat rack or hooks by the door would have been helpful-no place to store items other than drawers in bedroom. Appreciated the quick response from the owner when we ran into issues with check-in.

The apartment was a great size for 2 and the view from balcony was awesome. It could have been cleaner, floors seemed swept but not mopped. Very dusty and the dishwasher had nasty old water that didn't drain after last use. The front door's lock was falling apart too.

Wonderful place!

This apartment is very well located, especially for those attending shows at the Mart. Margaret is extremely responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this condominium without reservation. Beautiful views and very spacious, and the building is very secure with 24 hour concierge.

Perfect little condo.

We spent New Year’s Eve weekend in this condo. It was perfect. Having the fireplace was nice as it was cold. The outdoor patio has fantastic of downtown Atlanta. Short Uber to the Fox for Widespread Panic. Margaret was amazing, quick to respond during my inquiry and our stay. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Close to What I Needed

Lucked out that I picked the one place that was directly across the street from the Hyatt which was where 99% of the events took place for the weekend. All the restaurants just a short walk as well as local attractions. Only slight downside was first night building was cold as weather came in and I guess building Super did not swith on boiler in time but great owner let us know of space heater coupled with fireplace took care of that issue. Awesome morning and night views, great concierge staff too.

We had an amazing time. Margaret was absolutely lovely to speak with and was so sweet. Our penthouse wasnt ready when we arrived so Margaret asked if we would mind staying in a different room for the first night. We agreed and the 2 bedroom she put us in was so cozy and clean. Our penthouse was beautiful and the balcony with the view was a great way to relax after a day of walking the zoo, aquarium, and coke factory. Would highly recommend!
