« It was right where we wanted to be for our short stay! »

« Location was nice and close to Blue Ridge downtown. Right across from the train station. Which was pro and con. Convenient but also blew a loud horn starting at 7:30am. The bathrooms were gross and had mold and public hairs on the floor and showers. I contacted the property manager to request that someone come and clean it. They did respond but no one came to clean it. Beautiful apartment and very spacious. I just couldn’t get past the nasty bathrooms enough to use the master shower. »

« Amazing experience! The host was quick to respond to messages and provided helpful tips for our stay. Host provided great instructions on finding the location and how to gain access to the apartment. The location is great, parking beside building and less than a minute walk to great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartment was extremely clean, including the linens. Will 100% book again for a stay in Knoxville. »

« Excellent location for Big Ears, lots of food, beverage, & shopping options just outside. Loft is very nicely appointed and quite cozy, and communication was fairly prompt. The bar next door was quite noisy (party vibes) till 3am on a Wednesday night, so be aware if you’re looking for a quiet zone to relax and disconnect. Entrance isn’t clearly marked with the address, so a little extra detail on that would be helpful/reassuring. Overall a cool look and feel for a short or long stay, as long as...

« The smell was terrible!! Pretty sure the carpet had a 2 pack a day habit since it was put in back in 1985.. wall paper peeling. Everything is outdated. But the smell literally gave me a headache. If it wasn't for my job putting me up there I would have left as soon as I walked in. VRBO should absolutely pull this listening. I have stayed in over a hundred places in the last few years with my job and I can honestly say the worst place I've ever stayed...by far.. DISGUSTING YOU SHOULD BE...
