Flats in Athens - Sweetwater

'We enjoyed our stay at the property. It had everything we needed for the month and our host was very way to communicate with.'

'The host was incredibly responsive to a question, driving over for an explanation and prepared for a repair, which wasn’t needed. The property was comfortable, centrally located for our weekend, access off highways was simple, check-out was easy and straight forward. We will return if needed for future visits with family living in west Knoxville.'

'Great place to stay, our 2nd time.'

'Nice place to stay and relax for a few days while my daughter was at camp. My son loved the activities nearby at Fairfield Glade. Had a couple of maintenance/housekeeping issues at check-in that the hosts quickly resolved. This unit is pretty close to a busy street and had more traffic noise than we expected - minor negative.'

'Apartment was just as advertised Thurley enjoyed the stay. Hope to stay there again in the future. Pastor Ron'

Would also be good for a couple with or without a kid or two (maybe more than 2 kids if you're good with coziness)David's place is perfectly located for all the best of the Old City / Market Square / Downtown / Tenn or Bijou Theatres. Everything is...
