'Zeer mager aanbod. Ontvangst was sober en ongeïnteresseerd. Hotel was zeer gedateerd. Oud, roest, schuine vloer in de kamer. Voor de prijs had ik meer verwacht. Veel last van verkeer naast het hotel. Geen ontbijt. Kamer was wel schoon. '

'For the solo, female traveler: The staff was all female and except for the sullen, younger girl the morning of checkout- EXCEPTIONAL staff, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The place is modern and boujee, loved the jersey robes in the room, exceptional bed and bath linens. Even though my room, #31, had doors to outside, trolley line/city view, I felt safe. 'We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and spacious, with a great view of the bridge and river. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!'
