'I’d like to start by saying that we really enjoyed the unit, with the exception of the first night. At about 3:30 am, the fire alarm went off. Our family was scared to death, kids were crying and we didn’t know what was happening. We made sure the kids were safely outside and then checked the unit. Thankfully, there wasn’t any smoke or fire. We couldn’t figure out why the alarm went off but aired out the unit, got the alarm to go off, and then tried to get the family resettled.
