Blokhutten in Assisi

'Hotel ligt net buiten Assisi. Mooi uitzicht over het dal. Wij hadden een De Luxe kamer, ruim met goede bedden en een eigen balkon met zitje. Het hotel is netjes maar ook een beetje sleets. Op het eerste gezicht is het allemaal keurig, maar als je goed kijkt zie je dat een goede opknapbeurt het allemaal net een tandje beter zou maken. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed verzorgd, personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom zeker niet slecht maar het kan nog beter!'

'The room was clean. I felt the shower was tight. It was extremely hot in the room despite the “air conditioning “, which seemed to do nothing. We opened the window to try and cool it off, but there was so much traffic noise. Our understanding was that there was no traffic aloud in the historic area, but that was not the case. For the price we paid and the lack of sleep I would not book this place again.'
