Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are
patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and 1 Sofa Bed.

Additional Information

The house heating is 25 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner.
Tourist Tax: €2 per day for the first 3 nights (excludes children
under 13 years old). This is paid upon arrival in the local agent.Â
Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of €50 per pet.

Sauna, a fee of €5 applies per use, payable in cash to the local
agent upon arrival.
Yoga, Pilates classes, and Massage therapy are available upon
reservation by contacting the owner, with prices ranging from 15eur to
100eur depending on the type of session (individual, couple, or group).
The property features a heated Jacuzzi, this is available free of
charge.
Cot and Highchair : There is an extra fee of 3€ a day for each
piece to be paid cash on the spot to the owner.
An electric vehicle charging station, with an extra charge (market
price), is available for guests.
The pool heating is available upon request a few days before check-in,
at an additional cost of €35 per day, to be paid in cash to the owner
on the spot, and in order to to ensure water constant temperature it is
mandatory to heat the pool for all days of the stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
