'Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De accommodatie was precies zoals beschreven. Massimo was een voortreffelijke gastheer met erg veel respect voor onze privacy. Als verassing was er airconditioning aanwezig, deze was net nieuw en was echt heerlijk met het warme zomer weer. Het uitzicht op het meer is waanzinnig mooi, het zwembad was heerlijk en werd elke dag schoongemaakt. De twee aanwezige honden waren heel gezellig en lief, ook met onze kinderen. 'We had a lovely stay. The landhouse is located on a tiny unpaved road, which adds to the experience, and on a small hilltop. The views on the beautiful Umbrian landscape are almost 360 degrees. It is very quiet in the positive sense. The sky is dark at night, I could see the milkyway. The garden is huge, as is the pool. We particularly loved the surrounding vineyards and sunflower fields. 'The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.'

'Fantastic place This was the beautiful view outside of the master window and artist display on the walls were fascinating . I loved the eclectic feeling in the house. It was exceptional dealing with owner and the instructions for check in were easy. anytime I had to get a hold of the owner with a question they responded right away. There were 29 steps to get to the apartment but there were hand rails to make it easier. The only complaint is the overhead light used for the steps was an automatic...
