« BEAUTIFUL property on the bay side of Coastal highway. Amazing layout and decor. The indoor and outdoor kitchens made eating in a better option than dining out. The house was well appointed and including the linens was so convenient. Getting to the beach was a fairly easy walk across Coastal Highway. This was an amazing escape and we would definitely book this property again!!!There was construction around us including a house being built across the street. This will be gone next season...

« This was our fourth year renting this beautiful home for our family summer vacation and I'm already booked for next summer. We all love it as our home away from home. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare meals. The 2 minute walk is convenient and the pool is great for everyone to take a swim when returning from a day at the beach. We look forward to our return every year. »

« The condominium was exceptional. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and ideally located. The layout was perfectly suited for three adults, offering ample space.We particularly appreciated the peacefulness of the island setting, while still enjoying easy access to all that the town had to offer.We unanimously agreed that we would be pleased to stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend the property to family and friends. It is truly an outstanding accommodation. »

« We had a great stay at this beautiful new home! The location is great being near restaurants and having a quiet neighborhood to take walks through with our little ones was so nice. The house is exactly as pictured. New, clean and plenty of space for a large family. There were even some baby items provided (pack and play, high chair, booster seat - all brand new!) which was so helpful with 3 little ones. We love Bethany and especially love Bethany west and will definitely be back! »

« The location is great. This home features two well equipped kitchens with plenty of dishes and silverware which is rare in rentals. The corner lot is beautiful with great balconies and plenty of outdoor seating. The pictures in the listing are accurate and we appreciated staying in an older, but updated, OC property. The full size washer and dryer are on the top floor which wasn’t ideal for me with bad knees but we managed. The reponsiveness of the owners was exceptional. »

« I would stay at Islam Retreat again. It is an older duplex but has a lovely setting. The kitchen was small with very little “prep” room. Parking was a challenge with full-sized pick-up and van but not impossible. Loved the screened porch which held a full- sized table and chairs and a lounge area. »

« We thought this was a wonderful place to stay, one of the better rentals we’ve had. It’s one of the more private rentals on the island. So we didn’t feel so close to neighbors at all. The house was all clean other than the floors were still a little sandy from the previous renters. They did have a vacuum and broom to sweep it up. Everything was well stocked throughout the house. Towels and bedding were included. There was plenty of towels but only enough washcloths that it wasn’t even two per...
