« Adorable place to stay that was close to good shopping and dining experiences, the beaches and ponies were a very short drive. We wish we had allotted more time for this part of our trip. Loved waking up to the birds singing and the beautiful view of the stream and marshland just past the dock on the property. Enjoyed ourselves and the peace of our rooms immensely. « This property was in a great location very close to Maddox blvd which will take you to Assateague or to Main Street. It was quiet and had beautiful views of the sunrise. While the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans, we have to cook because of dietary restrictions so I wish there had been a cutting board and measuring cups/spoons as well. « The space is lovely and we would absolutely come again! Kitchen very well stocked with tools and spices. Check-in was a little tricky because google maps led us to the parking lot for the business next door - we could see the hotel, but actually had to drive about a mile around to get to the right parking lot. « Enjoyable property. I booked this property because it had a DVD. Seaside Vacations brought us a new DVD player when we didn’t see the DVD. Maintenance could not fix the 2 burner cooking unit in the counter and actually bought a 2 burner electric unit that we could plug in. The key box was a little hard to open but we did manage to open it to get our key. This unit was very convenient to Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and Assateague National Seashore. »

« I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented.
