'Great location at midpoint of the boardwalk with perfect views'

'Yes the ocean was visible from our room, just a couple things to mention. The ceiling fans need cleaning, the toilet in the master bathroom needs to be tightened up to the floor. This is our second time staying here and it’s a perfect place to stay. Thank you for sharing your property with us. '

'Clean, great size, and location. Lovely place to stay. In for a long weekend with friends. Super comfortable, easy access, and a very attentive host. Has most everything you would need. We'll return next year.'

'I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...

'Condo looked just like the photos, the balcony is amazing and the furniture is great. Check-in was super easy, didn't have to go pick up a key. We mistakenly left a small package there and they were nice enough to mail it to us!'

'I have absolutely no complaints with our stay. My family, our dogs and I all loved it and no problems at all. My little brothers couldn’t get over the size of the tv in the living room so they were happy ha thank you for a clean, enjoyable and no headache stay!! hope to stay again!!'
