« We have been going to ocean city for the past several years. Last year we stayed in another unit in the Golden Sands and fell in love with all the accommodations the building offers. This year we found a different unit and it was perfect! Great parking spot right along the cart path to the beach, comfortable king sized bed and couch, great balcony, and clean! Everything was so great we already reserved the same unit for next summer and plan to do the same for years to come! »

« Great place with amazing views! I won’t t repeat others but know they are true! Clean, comfortable, roomy! I didn’t see anyone else mention but the AC is on point! The condo was a nice cool 70 our entire trip which is important in the summer heat! Master shower is fantastically roomie which is great when washing up littles with sand everywhere. Fridge was great, sometimes those are not great at rentals. »

« The condo is in a perfect location for viewing the ocean, right in front of you from the living room and front balcony. Then walk to the back balcony and enjoy the bay and some surprise fireworks on the Sunday evening when we arrived. We enjoyed the morning and evening strolls on the beach, the all you can eat crab legs in the downstairs restaurant, the ice skating show, and even having the grocery store in walkable distance, right across the street, so we could cook some meals ourselves in the...

« The property is in a great location. View of the ocean from the balcony and master bathroom is amazing! We had booked unintentional during bike week. Because the building is closer to the ocean than the road, the roar of the motorcycles up and down the highway wasn’t as noticeable. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. Furnishings are very comfortable. We would stay here again. »

« Loved the condo! It was a perfect home away from home. It had everything we needed to make meals, relax and enjoy our time together. The amenities in the building were also a plus. The hardest part was the elevator but to be expected in a high rise during summer. Being on the 3rd floor made the stairs a breeze and no real need for the elevator. Host was amazing and kind. Reached out to ensure we were good to go. Check in and acces to the condo was a breeze! We can't wait to go back! »
