'Amazing views of the ocean and beach. Cozy, quiet, clean and inviting condo. Very private balcony. Perfect amount of space. Generously stocked and well taken care of. Decor and features were so cute and homey. The host, Jack was very attentive. Cannot wait to come back and stay again :) '

'The rental unit was in great shape. Furnishings and appliances seemed fairly new. Unfortunately when we arrived, the unit was not cleaned. It would be another 2-1/2 hours before we could occupy it. The owner admitted a snafu with the cleaning crew. There were also a few other problems which prevented a higher rating. I reported them to the owner and hopefully they will be resolved for future renters. '

'Very nice view of the ocean. Perfect size for the 5 of us adults that stayed for 2 nights. Perfect communication with the host. Easy access to parking, beach, pool and surrounding hot spots. Looking forward to our next visit. '
