"Vriendelijk personeel bij de check-in. Mooi liftsysteem ook. Het hotel ligt heel handig bij Oslo Sentralstasjon en is daarmee de perfecte uitvalbasis voor bus, trein en metro en het verkennen van de stad te voet. Het ontbijt is werkelijk fenomenaal! "

"Very happy with the room and service, but during the breakfast, there was no trays, plates, cutlery, coffee cups, or tables or chairs available. It took me more than 30 minutes to wait for everything before I could serve myself properly and sit down, and while eating they told me to leave the breakfast area and finish my breakfast in my room because they were closing. I arrived 45 minutes before announced closing time. They need to improve their breakfast routines or allow people to finish their breakfast when the delay is on them. "
