'I enjoyed my stay. I didn’t like that the key card’s deactivated themselves four different times. The staff was friendly, but the front desk lost paperwork that I had already signed. Room was clean and loved the shower. Overall 4/5.'

'This affordable hotel is about 20 mins drive from downtown Charleston. Staff is helpful and nice. We booked for 5 persons, but we had to make the sofabed ourselves. Also there were only towels provided for 4. When we asked, it was no problem and got them. Breakfast is good, but the line for waffles was long and is at the start of the buffet. Maybe move the waffle station to the end and get an extra waffle iron would help a lot. '

'We checked out after 5 mins of checking in. There were roaches in our room, along with mold, dirty used sheets, and bad odors (just to name a Few things). Unsafe for families. Lots of prostitution going on as well as drug use/sales going on. 2nd floor is so unsafe and should be condemned floors are sagging and the walkway to the rooms are sloping and damn near falling down. '

'Checked in. Checked the room, mold on the curtains, holes in the wall, dirty floors, went to the office and checked out. Went down the road and spent money on a better hotel. I had better accommodations in Afghanistan. '

'The room was dirty. The Airco was full of dirt and smells very bad. The breakfast was not good and the room and table not clean. The name of this Hotel is not what you should expect. It is a cheap hotel for truckers and workers and not for a family holliday.'

'I called the hotel months in advance and multiple times to inquire about early check in, because I was traveling for a bachelorette and we needed to surprise the bride with a decorated room. I was told to call back the morning of our reservation and then was told it was not promised. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in early and killed time until normal check in and were not even able to check in at 3:00pm for their normal check in, waiting until 5:00 after pushing several times insisting...

'This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!'

'They could not find my reservation because of the apostrophe in my name, they did not have a room for me, 35 minutes of standing in lobby while staff went behind closed doors to “figure it out”, they “upgraded” me to a room with no coffee pot, a fed full size refrigerator and a closet right next to bed with some kind of very loud generator in it'
