'Motel ziet er aan de buitenkant netjes uit. Wij hadden niet rokers kamers gereserveerd, maar kregen rokers kamers toegewezen. Omdat het hotel vol zat, was er geen gelegenheid dit te ruilen. Dit komt ook doordat een groot deel van de kamers voor rokers bestemd is. Onvriendelijke mevrouw aan de balie was niet servicegericht en wilde geen oplossing zoeken. De airco in 1 van de 2 kamers lekte waardoor er een grote plas op de grond lag en de airco niet functioneerde. Ligging van het motel tussen twee...

'This was a handicap room. My 93 year old mother could barely get around in the room with her walker. A wheelchair would never be able to fit in this room. I could not see the numbers on the door while looking for our room. The force of water in the shower was very light. There was no butter for toast or waffles in the morning. The coffee was cold. I had to take it back to the room and heat in the microwave. '

'The property was being renovated so the pool area was not available. Otherwise the stay was okay.'

'The clerk was very polite and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. When we arrived back that evening we sat on the breakfast area to chit chat and no one complained that we should not be there.'
