heavy heart, as I feel compelled to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the recent stay at your establishment. My wife and I chose to celebrate our recent marriage by embarking on a mini moon at your esteemed location after our wedding on the 2nd of July 2023. Regrettably, our experience proved to be far from what we had envisioned.
From the moment we stepped into our assigned rooms, our excitement quickly turned to dismay. The initial room we were given presented an utterly disconcerting sight. To our astonishment, dead insects were strewn across the floors, the bathroom was in an abhorrent state with remnants of rubbish scattered about, and the bed sheets were covered in foundation. Adding to our distress, the door had been left wide open upon our arrival.
Hoping for a reprieve, we requested a room change, only to be met with further disappointment. The second room, too, left much to be desired. Disturbingly, we discovered mould infesting the floor near the bath and bathroom, as evidenced by the attached photos. The bed was marred by strands of hair, and the floor exhibited an unsightly mess, as depicted in the images shared. The glassware provided was also stained with lipstick marks, and a red blemish on the bed frame only compounded our dissatisfaction. To our disbelief, even the window had been shattered.
