'Excellent respite from the busy world of work. I did a solo visit the Biltmore Estate on my first trip and stayed at the Biltmore Village. I hiked nearly everyday because the trails where so close and offered scenic nature views. 'The hotel is in a great location for visiting Biltmore or for walking to downtown eateries. Check-in was easy as I already had reservations and parking was convenient in the attached garage I could have done away with the $17 per night charge but to have the ease of parking it was fine. I was expecting a somewhat smaller room for a hotel in downtown but it was a great size plenty of room for us 3 friends traveling and our luggage.
