'Ethan and his family werevery gracious and answered all our questions. We were surprised to be on th side of a mountain but our four wheel drive was handy plus 15 minute drive into Harpers Ferry was nice so it was quiet and peaceful. Lots of deer to watch!! Easy to relax!! Our only suggestion would be a small dresser maybe under thevTV and few more hooks for clothing since there is no closet. The kichen, bath and sleeping area were good. We enjoyed our stay in the peace and quiet!! Thank you...

Owner was quick to respond once receiving text message. Email is best way to communicate. you do have a lil drive into town if you need something however that was not an issue with us and the location is what we were looking for. 'To start with, access to this property during the winter is simply unsafe. You access the property from the back yard. While snow and ice may not be normal in DC, during our stay there was a lot of ice that was not cleared. Very slippery and unsafe. You enter the property through the lower level deck that was very icy. Once in the sliding patio door, you are greeted by vinyl plank flooring with no rugs, so the snow and ice on your shoes melts and runs all over the floor. Now for the...
