'This is a good value for staying in Carlsbad. House was clean with nice appliances including refrigerator and washer/dryer. Quiet, safe neighborhood away from the madness that is Canal Street these days. Justin is a super nice host that makes a great breakfast burrito delivered hot to your doorstep every AM. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Rooms were perfect and the location was convenient. We have 2 suggestions for improvement. There needs to be more plates to suite at least the 6 people the home will sleep. A new heavier weight shower curtain or a curved shower rod, this will be to keep the curtain off of you while showering. '
