You will have use of the entire property including all downstairs rooms, back yard, hot tub, fire pit table and picnic area. Also included are pellet and gas BBQs and a hibachi/teppanyaki grill. Well stocked kitchen with super-automatic espresso maker (plug in milk carafe and push a button - machine does the rest!) Extra refrigerator and freezer in garage for additional storage needs. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room with additional sofa sleeper. Laundry room in garage. EV & Tesla charger included.

The entire upstairs is excluded from this listing. We offer this partial rental for groups who don’t need more than 4 beds. Tools in garage are for owner’s use and cabinets are locked. There is also a locked housekeepers’ room.
