'Service here was excellent - one worker even chased us down the road to make sure we knew the right way to get to where we were going! Really nice and quiet location and really close to Baker’s Hill. Spotless room with nice A/C and a spacious bathroom. Excellent establishment!'

'We loved our stay at Puerto Pension, it was quiet, the staff was extremely helpful, we never had any issues wifh housekeeping and their laundry service was great. I wish we had more time to stay at Puerto Pension.'

'Meggie, the manager, and her parents (the owners) are extremely kind people, of a rare hospitality. Individual guests get a VIP treatment. Personally, I was invited to celebrate Christmas eve with the family... free of charge! They prepared a buffet with local specialties and I was even given a Christmas present :o) Receptionists Leo and Delma are very sweet and helpful: they do anything possible to make you feel comfortable. Quiet, spacious and clean rooms in a central location with good A/C,...

'The staff were great. Went well beyond the extra mile. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Only drawback is the restrooms are a little small. We loved the host and staff. Will stay again for sure.'

'We really liked this hotel. Only stayed for one night but the staff were so great, the room was comfortable and even provided us a fan as well as an AC unit. The breakfast options were so amazing. We ordered and it was prepared for us very quick and delicious. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to someone staying in the area. Great location and very central. They even offered free shuttle service to the airport for us. Love this hotel'

'The suite was of good size, comfortable bed, table and chairs, bar fridge, good view, modern bathroom, wifi, friendly staff, heaps of dining options close by and several malls Will definitely stay here again'

'Check in was okay. Took a while finding my record but it’s all good. Friendly staff. I wish there’s a curtain separating the toilet from the shower. Clean room. Refrigerator and some kitchen items provided. I slept early. They’re very helpful.'
