'Good'

'Everything was good except the main elevator was not working'

'Staff was good very helpful. But the cleaning people didn’t clean only when we ask of them and still didn’t but other than that everything was good'

'Room average, staff helpful, breakfast and parking ok. I booked the hotel, when I got there they give me a key for the room and was occupied, There were no more available rooms, had to book a different hotel. Not organized hotel for sure.'

'Very nice facility very clean great breakfast nice staff'

'It’s a pretty affordable stay, so did not expect luxury. Beds were pretty comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean. The ac was nice and cold, hot water shower and breakfast was nice. We are on a road trip and this place provided exactly what we needed a restful retreat.'

'A good place just outside Memphis.'

'The room was clean and parking was ok. When I booked 2 rooms I requested that rooms be close together. When we went to check in at 3 pm. , they had not booked the rooms correctly and we had to wait for another room. They finally found one on the second floor and we were on the first floor. Then I was sent a copy of the charges and when I checked my credit card there was an extra $20.00 charged to my account!! Not very pleased!!!'

'Room was spacious but the facilities are very dated. The rooms were very dusty and set off my allergies. I am used to more updated rooms with Hyatt. The staff is friendly and keep the property maintained and cleaned. If staying in the area again, would look for a different property.'
