Hôtel près de Compagnie ferroviaire Arkansas and Missouri Railroad (Springdale)

« The property was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Our only issue was our shower/bathtub switch lever was broken so the water pressure was awful. Needs to be repaired. »

« Great stay! Will be back! »

« This was my third stay at this hotel. It’s a convenient location. The same attendant has been on duty each time and is always friendly and courteous. I like that there is no carpet anywhere. It’s always been very clean. »

« This was our first time to stay at the Avail and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything about this hotel is so upscale and sophisticated! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the Amp for a concert we were attending, plus there were so many great shops and restaurants right there near the property. Everyone was so friendly, and the rooms were very well cared for. I highly recommend! »

« Great hotel very friendly and helpful staff clean room we would recommend highly and would stay again!!! »

« This property is what you expect from an IHG Holiday Inn Express. The amenity of laundry services and outdoor seating areas help it feel like a community. Breakfast was great. Our bathroom, specifically the shower, could have been more clean (mold, etc.). The front desk staff, while friendly when spoken to, never initiated greetings or salutations as we entered or exited the property multiple times a day. Overall it was a good property for the rate and surrounding area amenities. »
