The stay was really good. We were in town for my daughter’s college graduation. We also hosted her grad party at the property. We really enjoyed the stay. The only thing needed is more pots and pans. The host was very friendly and easy to contact.

Perfect Charm!
We were in town for a weekend wedding and needed a large home to stay in, this beautiful home was more than perfect for our need,if you desire privacy and seclusion then i strongly suggest you stay here!

Thanksgiving stay
A comfortable home which met our family needs. Just a few minor things to note. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Lots of dead Asian beetles on the kitchen floor. Master bathroom - countertops were dirty and dusty; tub had a ring as if it had not been cleaned; mildew in the shower. Towels were threadbare and were challenging to locate. But overall a pleasant stay.

A piece of heaven on earth!
breathtakingly beautiful and relaxing! This was the perfect place for our large family to stay as we were there for our son’s wedding close by. We were able to have the rehearsal dinner in the separate building that was beautifully well done with rustic interior. The owners were so very kind and made sure we had everything that we needed. The last day we were there, they were harvesting their cotton, and even gave our grandbabies a ride in their giant tractors. They were beyond thrilled!!!! Our family was so relaxed and comfortable in their home. It couldn’t have been more perfect! We would love to come back and make this a tradition, if we are able. Thank you! Thank you!!!

Amazing wedding venue and hosts!!!!!
We had an awesome small wedding here! The hosts made sure the cotton was in full bloom for a beautiful, unmatched wedding day! The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and were very easy to reach out to! The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! The property is beautiful! I could not recommend this VRBO more, you will not be disappointed!

Property and home were beautiful, very peaceful. Missing a few basic kitchen utensils: ice cream scoop, corkscrew, and quite a distance from any stores. Bunkroom wasn’t really a private bedroom, and not really 3 bathrooms but 2.5.

Amazing Stay!
This property is the perfect get away. The land is amazing and the house is so cozy. We loved it! Only thing I would say, if you’re going to be cooking bring the basics (oil,butter, garlic, etc.)

Great property!
One thing I didn’t realize was in order to get to the twin bunk beds, you have to walk thru one of the bedrooms (Queen) so that was unexpected, but was able to make it work. We drove in for funeral in Pulaski, this place is approx 20min away, so very convenient, and the “Party room” was just perfect for the after funeral dinner. Highly recommend!

50 year anniversary celebration
Quiet, peaceful area and very nice spacious home. Kids loved playing ball in the wide open field. The whole family enjoyed the “country” experience! Winding roads to get there, but fairly close to Huntsville and Nashville.

Huge Home / River Access / Recreation Room / Memories to be made
This is by all means my favorite rental ever. The home is amazing. If you need a relaxing getaway this would be your place. We had coffee on the huge wrap around porch every morning and watch my grandkids play in the yard. There is seating everywhere you go on the property. You have access to the Elk River which we all went down and soaked up some sun. You can drive to the river. Upstairs you have three bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. The master bedroom is huge with a sitting area, bathroom with a jetted garden tub and a shower and plenty of counter space for you to use. Beautiful home that is well stocked in the kitchen (blender, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans, wine opener, can opener). They have a full size washer and dryer. Two Dining areas They have a recreation room on the property that was awesome. It has 4 sofa's, recliner, 5 table and chairs, bar area bathroom and a sitting room up front. There are two charcoal grills out back along with a bean bag toss. I bought kickballs, frisbees and a football before we came and the kids loved all the room. We will this rental again and again....

💖GORGEOUS VRBO for memorable Rehearsal Dinner Party and 6 night stay! Improvements needed.
A PERFECT space for our son's rehearsal dinner. Pleased with: *host-approved early arrival *STUNNING home that even our party guests were interested in renting *comfortable beds *peaceful chimes *rocking chair porch *lovely walk to log cabin & river *friendly host replaced nonworking Keurig & brought a needed tea kettle. Frustrations/suggestions: *overpowering fragrance from many plug-in air fresheners in each room (we removed) *family photos sitting out in each room (we removed) *had to clean party house & hide wine that was sitting out *couch in party house unsittable, added many throw pillows inside to elevate, *tiered deck painted all the same color so top step blends with next level down. My 81yo father fell. (he's ok) *NO LOCKS on bathroom doors, except powder room (air pressure causes Jack-n-Jill bathroom doors to open since doors don't latch closed) *NO LOCKS on bedroom doors *tub jets need cleaning *bunkbed-bedroom door opens into one of the queen-bed bedrooms so no privacy & should be noted *sleeps 8, not 10 *no clothes hangers (we purchased and left many) *called host to find out how to turn on upstairs shower (maybe add a laminated card w/explanation?) *Suggest: pasta colander, cutting board, 9x13 Pyrex, large mixing bowl, crockpot, more dish towels, dish drainer, 10 cup coffeemaker, garbage cans in all bathrooms, have map delineating guest parking as this was a stressful rainy day, party problem. A friend discovered the grass covered gravel area, so we used it.

Family Get away
We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday and the house was perfect for us! The property was beautiful and so peaceful. It was my three grown daughters, two son in laws 2 grandsons and my 1 year old granddaughter. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was everything we needed. Would love to stay here in the fall.

A Hallmark experience
What a beautiful property! We can’t wait to return. It was the perfect Christmas house setting. Very clean, great amenities, felt like home! So many options for family gatherings. We are sure to return! Lorraine and Steve are amazing hosts! Very responsive! Can’t wait to share with our out of town guests!

A great house for a family reunion
We so enjoyed this lovely home with our family during Thanksgiving. We had fun We had fun playing games in the event building We met the owners and were very accommandating and great couple. Thank you for a lovely time. Our most favorite time was sitting in the rocking chairs looking out at the beautiful scenery. We'll definitely be back for our next family reunion.

Family getaway
This was the perfect place to getaway with our family. It is a beautiful property and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. There is plenty of room to roam around, so we took a 4 wheeler and a polaris ranger so that we could explore. The beach at the Elk river was one of our favorite places. You can take chairs and relax, fish or even skip rocks. We will definitely return for another visit.

Peaceful and Gorgeous Farm
We had the privilege of being the first to stay at this lovely place. This farm is just a beautiful property. Every moment of our arrival felt special. As we went through the gates, going down the cedar lined drive and up to the house, my daughters said it felt like we were in a Hallmark movie! The house is beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious and truly felt like home for us during our stay. We also had a chance to drive down to the Elk River that runs right through the farm and it is such a beautiful spot. So peaceful, with the flowing river, some wildflowers blooming with bees and butterflies flying all around us. Just gorgeous! The host is absolutely precious as well and was so thoughtful and kind, with genuine warmth and care. Speaking with our host felt like talking to a friend! If you have a trip to this area, do not hesitate to book this property! It truly is a special place and our stay was wonderful!
