'Well appointed, comfortable and clean room. Easy to find and all amenities available. Jackie made us very welcome at breakfast and we really enjoyed our stay.'

'The bedroom was clean and toilet were clean. In terms of comfort there was no mattress protector on the bed and a pretty thin sheet on top of the mattress. Therefore pretty basic and uncomfortable bed. There was one bath towel and a mat. No toiletries or hairdryer. The kitchen was a bonus. However the bin was full and some other residents left dirty plates in the sink, The security men on site were pleasant and friendly.'

'Cute little shepherds hut, very thoughtfully laid out so I had plenty of facilities, plus room under the bed to store own things so wasn’t tripping over my bags and the dog bed all the time. Lovely Mountain View through the patio doors and window next to the bed. Beautiful garden for the dog to sniff around after a tiring day climbing hills to the Fyrish Monument and running through the Dornoch Bay sand dunes. 'Having stayed twice previously looking forward to our stay.Rooms bar area all good ,but the standard of the dining room was a big step back Dinning room was poorly organized.Staff always on the back foot having to ask for things that should have been on table Dinner for 2 people was 2.5 hours Staff rarely present in dining room to speak to. Breakfast had to ask for toast 3 times and was an age to take our order from menu . Seems ok for guests there so obviously not trying to hard. If you pay a...
