'O quarto estava impecável, roupa de cama perfeitamente limpa, vários aquecedores distribuídos pelo chalé!! Local calmo em um ambiente ótimo!!! A ducha foi muito boa, só o box era um pouco pequeno!! 'Ha sido una experiencia estupenda. El patrón ha sido muy servicial y me ha servido como guía e información sobre la vida y cultura del lugar. 'Good location! The house is in the corner and did feel very private even though there are neighbors nearby. The glass window facing the forest and no neighbor behind you is great! Glass roof is awesome. We saw northern lights 2 out of 5 nights stay from the comfort of the bed and then ran outside for pictures. Loved the hot tub and sauna. Place is as pictured. Great communication. I would definitely stay again! '

'We had an amazing time over Christmas 2023. The villa is modern with all expected facilities and more(impressive pantry contents provided), the sauna and Hot tub were used frequently with views outside that you would only imagine on a Christmas postcard. "Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren schoon. Wel een gedateerde douche, maar werkte prima. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Heel uitgebreid en goede kwaliteit. Ook heel fijn dat je een klein ontbijt kunt pakken als je al vóór ontbijttijden naar bijv. de luchthaven moet. Gratis koffie en thee in de lounge vonden wij tevens ideaal. De ligging van het hotel is perfect, aan het begin van de hoofdstraat. Je hebt hotels die centraler liggen, maar wij vonden het juist fijn om 7-10 minuten te wandelen voordat we bij de verzamelplaats van excursies waren. Ook de airport express stopt om de hoek. Vooral in de sneeuw is het fijn dat je dan niet zo ver met de koffers hoeft te lopen. Wij hadden de tickets voor de bus voor aanvang van de reis al gekocht, maar het personeel zei dat je met 3 personen of meer beter een taxi kunt pakken. Dat is goedkoper. Prima advies voor de volgende keer. Wij komen graag terug naar Tromsø en het Quality Hotel Grand Tromsø."
