'Snöstormen höll oss kvar två extra dagar på hotellet. Allt fungerande utmärkt! Personalen hanterade allla ändringar med ett leende. '

'The rooms are in need of an upgrade. Wifi was not working-poor The bed is worn out and you feel the springs in your back, as sink to the bottom. Old and worn out. The bathroom is simple, but very outdated and in dire need of repair and upgrade. Shower handle was broken and floor was dirty. Carpets need urgent replacement, are worn to the bottom floor layer.'

Ontbijt is voornamelijk gericht op de Finse en Lapland keuken. Verwacht dan ook geen pancakes of croissantjes. '

'Such an unforgettable experience! The glass igloo was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly designed for viewing the sky. We were lucky to see the Aurora on our very first night — truly magical. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the whole place felt peaceful and well-maintained. A wonderful stay overall, highly recommended!'
