'After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there.'

'Checking in was a pleasant experience. Michael at the front desk was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with a smile!!! The kitchen area was clean. The interior courtyard was such a wonderful touch. Being able to sit outside was so great and get fresh air.'

'For the 104 dollars i paid, i will NEVER do iy again. There was a smell in the room. The bed was horrible, the room was dirty with used condoms in the trash when we checked in. When we were packing to leave our one night stay, there was a police raid at 9am on sunday morning. '
