'Everything was good clean room clean kitchen. The pool was perfect. Just had to leave too soon. AC was working perfect nice clean bathroom and they were very nice. People visit again soon.'

'price quality balance is far far off'

'The fact that I had to share a full size bed with my partner. We were told that we could not select a bed online and we had to settle for what was available on arrival. The breakfast was okay, however some changes could have been implemented. It was the same this for the entire weekend.'

'Het hotel is aan de oudere kant en wordt slecht onderhouden. Personeel is heel lui en je moet heel veel geduld hebben. Dit is niet enkel in het hotel zo, maar overal op het hele eiland. Het ontbijt kun je buiten eten, maar je moet het eten in een gesloten kamer (aparte in en uitgang) gaan halen. Al het eten ligt in grote ijzeren bakken. De hele kamer is vrij vies. De bedden in de kamers zijn wat aan de harde kant en het water komt amper uit de douche. Internet is heel onstabiel. '

'WONDERFULL PLACE TO STAY, FRIENDLY STAFF , AND VERY GOOD BREAKFAST'

'It s good'

'Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Water pressure was great and WiFi was great! I would book again. For US travelers, make sure to bring electrical outlet converters! There was only one in my apartment but you may need multiple for several devices.'

'Great location and staff was very attentive'

'Ocean view suites have mold and mildew really bad. Stayed for 6 days and I ended up with a sinus and respiratory infection and the management did nothing. The spa needs upgrades and cleaning. Breakfast buffet was barely edible. Better off ordering room service, food was somewhat fresher.'

'Wasn't the best of places , didnt like the size of my room and there was little to no amenities'

'This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...

'Everything was spot on. Friendly and accommodating were our hosts. Great value for the money. Thank you for your hospitality. '

'Open concept '
