Was nice for the experience. Hotel staff were very helpfull. Because I requested a late checkout but it was not possible anymore because of an arrival they had for that room they offered me a place to store my bags and the possibility to stay at the resort and/ shower because our flight was 7pm. 'Front desk- very slow… rooms aren’t ready! Many employees standing around…. Need to help the guests…. Get into their rooms asap… resort was clean but trash and dishes … left around! Little things make the difference …. Trash etc no excuse for that all around property… also had room w private pool came back from excursion and employees children were in our swim up pool and didn’t leave when we cane back! staff is friendly drinks at the mix bar were delicious! 'Het hotel is aan de oudere kant en wordt slecht onderhouden. Personeel is heel lui en je moet heel veel geduld hebben. Dit is niet enkel in het hotel zo, maar overal op het hele eiland. Het ontbijt kun je buiten eten, maar je moet het eten in een gesloten kamer (aparte in en uitgang) gaan halen. Al het eten ligt in grote ijzeren bakken. De hele kamer is vrij vies. De bedden in de kamers zijn wat aan de harde kant en het water komt amper uit de douche. Internet is heel onstabiel. '
